Beauty retailers might stop distorting data. Should the media too?

On Monday, the U.S. health care and retail company CVS announced it will include a “Beauty Mark” watermark in its imagery, indicating an image has not .... to distort the information more when reporting on a story like this: two prominent newspapers, a women's magazine or a lifestyle media publisher?
